In the joint collaboration with the Embassy of Nepal London and Nepal Tourism Board, Nepal Ireland Society organized Visit Nepal 2020 campaign promotion program in Dublin, Ireland on 22nd July 2019. The event was called “ Everest 2019 - Story from the Ground”.

Ireland’s prolific mountaineer Mr. Noel Hanna, who summited Mt. Everest in 2019, shared his experience of climbing Mt. Everest this year. There were more than 100 Irish mountaineering enthusiasts who attend the event. All of them were very keen to visit Nepal; some of them are planning to visit Nepal again. Some of the attendees who have been to Nepal shared their experience of their Nepal visit where they fondly remembered the hospitality of Nepalese people and the Momo they had during their stay. The attendees were unanimous in their appreciation for the hospitality offered to them.

President of Nepal Ireland Society and the Chief coordinator of Nepal Tourism Board’s Experience Nepal Campaign Mr. Deepesh Man Shakya requested the attendees to visit Nepal.
