INTRODUCTION
Though Nepal is a small country and with limited resources,
we have many people who have reached extreme height of success
in their field. We have many of our country mates all around
the world who have amassed massive wealth and knowledge.
We have many of those who are recognized internationally
for the work they have done. Hearing Nepalese students topping
the prestigious colleges is not uncommon.
We sometimes get frustrated with the limited development
infrastructure we have in our country. Nevertheless, less
infrastructure and less opportunities do not mean we lack
in the quality of our brain. We are equally good as anyone
else in the world.
"Nepalese Hall of Brain" is an effort to bring
out the hard work and achievements of those Nepalese who
are living in and outside Nepal. It is an effort to let
the people of our country know where we stand. It is an
effort to let them make aware that our height of success
is not limited. It is an attempt to encourage them to do
hard work with determination. It is an effort to let them
realize that they can achieve any height of success if they
keep up hard work and believe in it.
Each week we will have a new entry in our 'Nepalese Hall
of Brain'. It will be put on our main page for two weeks
and will then be put in our archive section for later view.
Those who would like to apply to have their name entered
should send their details through our 'Apply' section. Once
we receive the details we will contact the person individually
through email or by phone. After we are convinced that the
applicant's achievement is enough to get entry into
'Nepalese Hall of Brain', we will ask for his/her CV or send him/her
interview questions, whichever the applicant desires. If
feasible, we will take interview through an instant messenger.
An introduction of a prestigious member of "Nepalese
Hall of Brain", which will be put on the main page,
will be in the form of interview or textual bio-data based
on the CV sent by the member.
